Sanctuary for Life is a housing and support program through Catholic Charities Diocese of Baton Rouge for homeless pregnant women. They provide crisis pregnancy counseling and group sessions, case management and mentoring, education and employment services, and financial literacy.

Crossroads Pregnancy Resource Center provides caring services to women with unplanned pregnancies in Thibodaux and surrounding areas, offering medical care, education, guidance, and spiritual support.

The Good Samaritan Food Bank of Thibodaux is a community effort with volunteers from several churches in the community. The service area includes Thibodaux, Chackbay, Choupic, Kraemer, and Schriever.
